Overview

Position Overview: We are looking for an enthusiastic Marketing Coordinator to help drive participation at the local ACEing program level by attracting and engaging families, volunteers, and community members to optimize local program participation where support is needed. This role focuses on executing grassroots marketing and promotional strategies, including but not limited to digital outreach, engaging local partner organizations that can support visibility and reach, and more.

Job Duties include, but are not limited to:

  • Develop and execute local promotional campaigns to attract families and volunteers.
  • Collaborate with grassroots local volunteer Program Directors and internal Program Managers to interpret local promotional needs, design solutions and execute ensuring consistent messaging and branding across all promotional activities.
  • Create and utilize flyers and similar collateral. Activate digital marketing and localized SEM/Google advertising strategies to maximize reach.
  • Leverage existing and new local partners, community organizations, and resource providers in the autism and tennis communities to tap into networks that align with our target audience.
  • Engage with autism and/or tennis related social media groups to lift awareness of local programs. Support social media content marketing and email campaigns.
  • Track and analyze the effectiveness of promotional efforts and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Support as needed on-the-ground initiatives, including event setup, volunteer coordination, and community engagement activities.
  • As needed, respond to inbound requests for information from parents and volunteers.
  • Support and utilize ACEing’s data and communication management platforms.

Qualifications:

  • Professionalism, positive, friendly attitude with abilities to nurture and cultivate relationships.
  • Sensitivity to diverse populations with the ability to serve people in a compassionate, patient, friendly, and courteous manner, showing sincere interest in people’s concerns.
  • Experience in marketing, promotions, event coordination, or community outreach.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools, including SEM, Google Ads, and social media platforms.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills that build relationships with local stakeholders.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Passion for community involvement and engagement.
