Why Central?
We’re on a mission to eliminate all business bullshit
Building a company is still way too hard. Founders still have to register in multiple states to run payroll, set up workers’ compensation, pay various payroll-related taxes, deal with intimidating government mail, update addresses across state filings, and troubleshoot with insurance companies.
Imagine a world where ambitious founders have more time to solve the world’s most difficult problems—from preventing medical mistakes in hospitals to building next-generation night vision to curing brain cancer. That’s what founders on Central are doing.
Currently, hundreds of companies run on Central, and we’re growing rapidly. We’ve raised a huge seed/A from YC and some of the best investors in the world (not announced yet, happy to share in private).

What you’ll do
Customer Storytelling
•
Interview founders to uncover and share their personal journeys and founding stories
•
Create social content that celebrates who they are and what they’re building
•
Amplify their wins and milestones (funding, hiring, launches)
Central Success Stories
•
Collect and manage customer testimonials about their experience with Central
•
Write case studies & other sales collateral showcasing ROI and success metrics
•
Manage review sites like G2
Community-led Growth
•
Build and manage customer referral program
•
Experiment with community channels (newsletter, podcast, events)
Who you are
Must haves:
•
3+ years in customer marketing, community, or content roles at B2B startups
•
Experienced interviewer who can extract compelling stories
•
Genuinely loves talking to people all day
•
Strong writer who creates engaging content
•
Self-directed and owns initiatives from concept to execution
Bonus:
•
Experience with podcasting or video/audio production and editing
•
Experience at fast-growing startups
