Student Recruitment Specialist
As our Student Recruitment Specialist, you will recruit and enroll first-generation scholars from underserved communities in our live changing program. Day to day you will:
- Build relationships with community-based organizations and local schools
- Give presentations to scholars and families (in English and Spanish)
- Organize recruitment events

College Track is a comprehensive college completion program that equips students from underserved communities to be the first in their families to graduate with a bachelor’s degree. We do this by offering a holistic, asset-based program that invests in each of our scholars over 10 years: from high school to college, through the launch of their careers.

- You are excited about working a 100% In Person with our scholars. You’d be expected in the office 11:00-7:00 Monday-Friday.
Compensation: This position is Full-Time, Exempt. The full compensation range for a Student Recruitment Specialist in East Palo Alto, CA is $78,000-$95,000/ Year with the exact compensation depending on experience. As someone new to this role at College Track, you can expect an offer between $82,250 – $86,499 /Year to ensure internal equity while leaving room for compensation growth during your time with us.
