We’re looking for a thoughtful, curious analytics engineer to build the clean,
well‐documented data models that power our dashboards, chatbots and internal tools.
What You’ll Do
● Model and transform data. Provide clean data sets to end users by transforming,
testing, deploying and documenting data.
● Apply software‐engineering practices to analytics. Use version control and
continuous integration to manage the analytics codebase.
● Define the medallion layers. Build silver and gold layers of our Snowflake
warehouse, creating single tables that answer entire business questions, with
clear naming conventions and proactive data‐quality monitoring.
● Collaborate with stakeholders. Work with analysts, product managers and
engineers to understand their data needs and to document models so that end
users can self‐serve.
● Monitor and test. Implement tests that notify the team of data issues before
business users encounter them.
● Support deployment. Help schedule and orchestrate dbt runs, review code
changes and ensure that data models are production‐ready.
What We’re Looking For
● Strong SQL and Python skills. Experience with dbt and Snowflake is a plus.
● Familiarity with Python for data transformations or orchestration.
● Ability to structure complex business problems into well‐designed data models
and naming conventions.
● Curiosity and a desire to improve data quality upstream rather than cleaning it
downstream.
● Excellent communication skills to collaborate with technical and non‐technical
stakeholders.
What You’ll Get
● Competitive salary with performance‐driven growth.
● A chance to define and scale analytics engineering within a fast‐growing AI and
automation company.
● High‐impact role where your data models power dashboards, bots and real‐time
business decisions.
